Over the years, the firm Antonis Paschalides & Co LLC with which we have merged in Summer 2023 has dealt extensively in matters of Immigration Law, by either representing its clients before the Supreme Court of Cyprus or by assisting them in dealing with the Migration authorities of the Republic of Cyprus. The firm has extensively represented its clients in administrative recourses before the Supreme Court of Cyprus in challenging the legality and validity of the decisions of the Reviewing Authority for the Refugees, in cases of Asylum seekers.
Furthermore, with the recent developments in Cyprus economy and the various decisions of the Republic's Council of Ministers, the firm has acquired great experience in advising international clients for migration matters a service which we will continue to provide.
